Curtains are like an accessory for your home. You don’t always need them, but they add such a beautiful touch when you have some. The only thing is, they can make or break your decor—no pressure! But who was going to tell me that finding quality curtains was going to be so hard (and expensive)?!
Earlier this year, my boyfriend and I moved in together (yay!!), and after months of searching for the perfect apartment, we found a townhouse that we loved. After moving in, I started a series on TikTok titled “Turning My Townhouse into a Townhome.” Each video breaks down the process of picking furniture and decor and making the space feel like ours! For part 7, I decided to finally set aside some time to pick the perfect curtains!

Liz Linen Drape Pleated Curtains
I’ll admit, I’m very picky. So, when looking for curtains, I had a laundry list of boxes I wanted them to check off.
For example, I was hoping to find curtains that had a privacy lining but still let some light shine through, while also being thick, textured, and made of high-quality fabric.
I wanted to do the least amount of work possible, meaning they would need to be custom made, eliminating any need to hem the bottoms to graze the floor perfectly.
And finally, but most importantly, I wanted them to be reasonably priced. That one is very subjective, but considering custom curtains can cost thousands of dollars and I was hoping for each window to cost below $300. And these rang up at $285 for my window’s length and height!
The brand is called TWOPAGES, and they sell custom curtains on Amazon, as well as on their own website.
On top of being able to customize the size and privacy lining thickness, you can also pick what kind of hanging style/pleat you’d like your curtain to have, and they even offer “memory training,” which gives your curtains the ability to hold their shape and pleats neatly!
After lots of back and forth, I went with the Liz Linen Drape Curtains in the color Burlywood Birch with the following customizations:
- Pinch Pleat
- Privacy Lining
- No Tie-Back
- Memory Shaped
…and I am SO happy that we went with these. They’re gorgeous!
Adjustable Curtain Clips
When it came time to hang the curtains up, I installed this rounded curtain rod from Target with these 1.25″ curtain rings from Amazon, which fit the diameter of the rod just right, and then used the adjustable curtain hooks that come with your TWOPAGES order. They give you 3 inches in height discretion!
All in all, these curtains are a 10 out of 10! I am so happy with the final result and I feel like they completely transformed our living room! The space just feels complete now. xx
