10 Delicious Seasonal Trader Joe’s Snacks to Add to Your Fall Lineup
Trader Joe’s is my favorite grocery store. Like I actually look forward to going! I don’t know what it is, maybe the lack of hospital-grade fluorescent lighting or their great snacks, but it’s kind of fun. And since fall is my favorite season, the minute September 1st rolls around, I am knocking on TJ’s door to get a peek at their seasonal items. So in the case that you’re on the lookout for some seasonal Trader Joe’s snacks, today’s post rounds up my 10 favorites!
my fall favorites:
1. Pumpkin Bread & Muffin Mix
Whenever fall rolls around, I love to stock up on Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread & Muffin mix to make it throughout the year. It is my favorite fall sweet treat to make & you wouldn’t know it’s from a box mix unless someone tells you. It always comes out flavorful and moist — it’s perfect. No notes! The best part is that the whole house smells amazing while it’s in the oven.
I have only ever tried the regular mix, not the gluten-free one, but I’ve heard that one’s good too!
2. Apple Cider Donuts
Apple cider donuts will always be a yes. I don’t care how full I am! And if you plop one in the air fryer for a minute or two and eat it warm… heaven. The pack of six does not last long at my house!
3. Creamy Toscano Cheese Dusted with Cinnamon
This cheese is everything!!!! I have been recommending it to all my friends, and I can’t stop eating it. Throughout the year, I always buy the Toscano Cheese with Pepper, so this is the fall rendition of that, and it’s incredible. Pair it with the Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps for an extra fall kick!
4. Honeycrisp Apple Granola
The Honeycrisp Apple Granola is a new find for me. I picked it up on a whim last week to add to my morning parfaits, and I’m so glad I did! There are bits of dried apples throughout, and it’s the perfect fall flavor without being too overwhelming.
I’ve been making a lot of desserts lately, specifically peach crisps, and I need to add this overtop a homemade apple crisp – that sounds amazing!
5. Non-Dairy Pumpkin Oat Beverage
Morning latte & chai girlies, please stand up! I love making a fun drinky drink in the morning and adding this Pumpkin Oat Beverage to my lattes and chai has been so fun! It’s bright orange, which was concerning at first (lol), but I let it go because it tastes so good. Spooky latte anyone?
Sometimes, I like mixing it with oat milk because it has a very strong sweet pumpkin flavor.
6. Pumpkin O’s Cereal
I LOVE CEREAL. And the Trader Joe’s Pumpkin O’s Cereal is delicious! My boyfriend’s sister recommended I try this because, in her words, “it has the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor without being too overwhelming.” And she was right! I downed this box so quickly.
7. Fall Leaf Corn Tortilla Chips
Leaf-shaped tortilla chips?! Yes, please. I’ll be honest, this purchase is definitely more for the aesthetic than the flavor because they just taste like tortilla chips. But they’re SO cute when hosting friends during these colder months.
8. Trader Joe’s Spiced Cider
Spiced Cider is a must-have in my house! When I want a sweet drink, I normally gravitate towards a Coca-Cola, but in the fall, I add a bottle of Trader Joe’s Spiced Cider to a pumpkin drink dispenser that I have and keep it in the fridge for easy access. So sweet & delicious.
Bonus points if you drink it out of an apple-shaped glass! If you watched my HomeGoods haul on YouTube, then you know exactly what I’m talking about!
9. Pumpkin & Spice Snickerdoodle Cookie
Baking is my favorite cozy hobby, and I’m a biiiig cookie gal. I just got the Pumpkin & Spice Snickerdoodle Cookie mix and made them immediately. At first, I was a little nervous because there are a couple more steps involved than your traditional Nestle cubes that you put on a tray and bake, but the instructions were fairly easy to follow.
Bonus points because they came out looking exactly like on the box and only took 10 minutes to bake!
10. Autumnal Harvest Creamy Pasta Sauce
When the weather starts to cool down, I love making a hot bowl of creamy pasta, and this pasta sauce is the easiest way to make that happen. Plus, it’s sweet, and I loooove sweet sauces.
I like to warm it up in a pan along with some onion powder and parmesan cheese!
I’m going to be honest: my only complaint about Trader Joe’s is that they always discontinue the best foods, or if they sell out, they don’t restock until the following year. So, if you want to try any of these items, I suggest checking them out immediately, just in case!
Did I forget to mention any classic seasonal items? Let me know in the comments!
